We offer a free trial of 80 credits to help users evaluate our fully self-serve platform before making any purchase. All payments made toward wallet credits are non-refundable under normal circumstances. However, in exceptional cases such as technical failures or inability to use the credits within a reasonable time, users may raise a refund request. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds—if approved—may be full or partial depending on the specific situation. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and credited to the original payment method.
